Larson Consulting LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at https://larson.help and provides AI automation consulting services to small businesses. When you fill out the contact form on our website, we collect:
The contact form is processed by Formspree, which delivers submissions to our email inbox.
If you call us at (724) 978-9990, the call is handled by our business phone service. We may retain a record of the call (number, date, duration, and any voicemail content) for the purpose of returning your call and tracking the conversation.
If you provide your phone number on our contact form and explicitly opt in by checking the consent box, we may send you text messages from (724) 978-9990. We only send SMS messages after you have opted in. We do not buy or sell phone numbers.

Message frequency varies depending on the conversation. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. SMS opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard request logs (IP address, user agent, page requested, timestamp) for security and performance purposes. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for advertising. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Your contact information and any messages are stored on private infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to George Larson and any contractors directly involved in serving you. We use industry-standard security practices including password managers and multi-factor authentication.
We retain inquiry data as long as it remains useful for the conversation or engagement, and remove it when no longer needed. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing george.g.larson@gmail.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of the request unless we are legally required to retain it.

Larson Consulting LLC also operates InfoAssist, a separate application that integrates with Facebook Messenger. The terms below apply specifically to InfoAssist users.
When you send messages to InfoAssist via Facebook Messenger, we receive:
InfoAssist data is used to organize your messages into structured summaries and action items, generate your personalized daily briefing, and respond to your messages with confirmations and clarifying questions. We do not collect your email address, phone number, friend list, or any data beyond what you directly send to InfoAssist. You may request deletion of your InfoAssist data by messaging InfoAssist with "delete my data" or by emailing us. InfoAssist uses the Meta Messenger Platform; your use of Messenger is also subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.
